Through better understanding of your body and it’s real needs, you are more able to take responsibility for your own health and make informed decisions to help make your future a brighter one.

I work on six foundation principles:

1. Thoughts – Your work life balance and how to manage stress.
2. Breathing – Understanding how breathing has a major impact on the body.
3. Hydration – Understanding why water is so important to the body.
4. Nutrition – Know your metabolic type and what balance and ratio’s of foods you should eat.
5. Sleep/Rest – The importance of rest and sleep and how it impacts the body.
6. Movement/exercise – Understanding what is the right exercise for you.

The Holistic lifestyle coaching comes in 3, 6 or 12 month packages.
